The semester has started. For some of you, it is the first semester at a university. New environment, new people, and a completely different approach to study than you have been used to. And for some of you, it is even more. Just the fact that you are to share the campus with almost 20 thousand other students….. Sometimes it makes you dizzy and wondering if you are in the right place….
In the coming weeks and months, you may feel that not-so-funny feeling around your stomach. Or you have had a long night with an incredible amount of thoughts swirling in your head and could not fall asleep.
Thoughts like: “What the hell am I doing here? How do I manage? My classmates are cool and they will certainly manage, but what about me?….”
And, on top of it all, there is the well-known fact that more than 45 % of students drop out of school! /to be honest in between population of international students it is lower/
Uncertainty at every turn. Holy Moly!
Even though these feelings are quite common, it is always good to have some support and help. And that’s why we are coming up with a pilot event:

This semester we have decided to give it a try in the Czech language only whilst working on the English version very hard. Meanwhile, we would like to offer you some of our ongoing programs in English:
Career Exploring Monday 24. 10. from 17:30 in the library
Almost like an IKEA manual for your possible steps to discover your future career during your studies and make you almost irresistible for recruiters. But to get there, we can promise only sweat and tears 😀
